01.What This Policy Covers

This policy explains Helix Bio Chem's all-sales-final position. Every item we sell is a research-use-only compound intended strictly for laboratory research — never for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, or treatment — and is sold with no right of return, refund, or exchange once an order is placed.

02.No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Helix Bio Chem does not accept returns and does not issue refunds or exchanges for any order, for any reason. This holds regardless of:

• Whether the item is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.
• How soon after delivery a request is made.
• The size of the order, including bulk or custom orders.

03.Why We Don't Accept Returns

This policy reflects the nature of the products themselves, not a judgment about any individual order:

• Research peptides and compounds can't be verified as unopened, unaltered, or properly stored once they leave our facility, so we can't safely return them to inventory.
• Many of these products are temperature-sensitive and degrade without continuous cold-chain handling — something we have no way to confirm after an item ships.
• As research-use-only materials, our compounds aren't intended for resale once shipped to a customer, sealed or not.
• This keeps every unit reaching a customer for the first time to the same purity and handling standard, for every order.

04.Before You Order

Because all sales are final, we encourage every customer to confirm the following before completing checkout:

• Reach out to support@helixbiochem.com with any pre-purchase questions about a product, its specifications, or its Certificate of Analysis.
• Double-check the product, variant, and quantity in your cart against what your research protocol actually requires.
• Confirm your shipping address and contact details are correct — orders can't be modified once submitted.
• Review our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and handling requirements before your order arrives.
• Remember that once an order ships, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.

05.Receiving Your Order

• Inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives and confirm the contents match your order confirmation.
• Move temperature-sensitive items to appropriate storage immediately on arrival.
• Once an order is delivered, responsibility for its handling, storage, and use transfers to the customer.
