01.Processing Your Order

Once placed, orders go through a 1–3 business day review before shipping — our team confirms the details, checks stock, and runs a final quality check on every item.

Note: orders placed on a weekend or holiday enter processing on the following business day.

02.Shipping Options

Every shipment moves through vetted, secure carriers. Depending on your order, you may see:

• Standard Delivery: Our default option — dependable and budget-friendly.
• Expedited Delivery: A quicker turnaround when your research timeline can't wait.
• Temperature-Controlled Delivery: Used for products that need protection from heat or cold in transit.

You'll receive tracking details by email the moment your order ships.

03.Delivery Windows

Typical delivery timeframes run:

• Within the U.S.: 3–7 business days
• Outside the U.S.: 7–15 business days, depending on customs and local delivery conditions

Weather, remote addresses, and customs processing can all push these estimates out.

04.Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated from your order's weight, the shipping method chosen, and where it's headed.

• Domestic standard shipping may run at a flat rate, or free above a certain order total.
• For international orders, any duties, taxes, or customs fees fall to the recipient.

05.How We Package Orders

Each shipment is packed to lab standards to keep the contents stable in transit:

• Insulated materials and cold packs for anything temperature-sensitive.
• Discreet, tamper-resistant packaging for privacy and safety alike.
• Clear research-use-only labeling — never marketed for human or veterinary consumption.

06.Shipping Abroad & Restrictions

We deliver to many countries, though a handful of destinations impose their own restrictions on research-use compounds.

• It's on the customer to know and follow the regulations in their own country.
• Customs holds or restrictions can add time to a delivery beyond our usual estimates.

07.If a Shipment Is Damaged or Lost

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery if something arrives damaged or never shows up:

• Send your order number and photos of any damaged packaging.
• From there we'll sort out a replacement or refund, whichever fits the situation.
